While setting up your project, you can either choose to collect mentions coming in all languages or one specific from the list:

If you want to change the setting afterward, e.g., instead of getting only English results, you want to have a look at results coming from other languages as well, you can easily change that in your Project settings:

Remember to click the 'save' button on your way out :)
