What is the Influencers tab?
The Influencers tab identifies social media users who have a significant impact on conversations related to your brand or industry. Their opinions and content can have a significant impact on their followers and the wider online community.
By identifying these influencers, Brand24 can help you to target your marketing efforts more effectively by reaching out to individuals who are likely to have a high impact on your target audience.
In addition to identifying influencers, the Influencers tab in Brand24 also provides detailed analytics and insights into their social media activity. This information can be used to inform your marketing strategy by helping you to tailor your messaging and content to resonate more effectively with your target audience.

Presence Score helps to measure brand/topic online presence (popularity) at a given time. This metric can help to measure and benchmark brand awareness. It can help to evaluate marketing & PR efforts providing a way to measure online presence/popularity.
Site and 'Go to' button that redirects to the site where your keyword is mentioned.
Mentions show how many times a given influencer talked about a topic of your interest or, in other words - the keyword of the project.
Reach helps you estimate how popular a given source is and how powerful their mention of you can be.
Voice Share gives you insight into what part of the whole discussion was generated by the selected social media user/profile/fan page. It is a calculation based on influence numbers that can be treated as separate KPIs.
Influence is calculated based on reach, popularity, activity, and the estimated impressions a given source of mentions has.
Influencer Score will give you insight into which source or author has the greatest impact on social media or the web - the higher the number, the more popular a given source is.
Note! You can sort all the data by any of the above, just click on the name of the column.
Additionally, from the Influencers tab, you can block the author you don't want to collect mentions from. Just click on 'Options':
