The idea behind Brand24 is based on two axes: bringing the best possible quality and staying within the realm of affordability.
All projects you set up with us are going to be started off with a sample set of data from the last 30 days. For some sources, the data will be more, and for some, less complete. Researching the needs of our target clientele, we found that a model of a fishing net satisfies their needs much better than the one of an excavator.
To explain that, let’s imagine that data collection is a physical activity:
Some platforms strive to get you precise information from a historical point of view. Their model might be compared to an excavator - operating over a narrow piece of field, where you dig deep to find your treasure.
Others would resemble wide-spread fishing nets that don’t go quite as deep but are able to catch all kinds of fish. Adopting this model, you can get the freshest information as quickly as humanly (and machine-ly :)) possible.
Of course, there is a way to do both, but applying it globally could knock our services off of the axis of affordability.
