What is Influence Score?

The Influence Score measures the impact of a social media or online mention based on its potential reach and engagement. Higher scores indicate a greater likelihood of reaching a larger audience and generating significant interactions like likes, shares, or comments.

How is Influence Score calculated?

The Influence Score is shaped by factors like site visits and follower count. More people reaching a source increases its influence, leading to a higher score.

Where to find the Influence Score filter?

You can find it in the filter tab, where you can set the filter to exclude less relevant mentions.

Once the filter is set, only mentions within the specified range will appear.

How can Influence Score help me?

Influence Score helps organize mentions and guide your next steps. For example, you can filter out low-influence mentions and delete them or focus on the most influential ones to protect your brand, build an engaged community, and prevent PR crises.
