What is Presence Score?
The Presence Score is our custom metric designed to measure and benchmark brand awareness. It provides an indicator of your online presence and popularity and helps assess the effectiveness of marketing and PR efforts.
The score ranges from 0 to 100, with 100 being reserved for globally recognized brands. As the score increases, it becomes harder to achieve further growth, meaning it's more challenging to move from a score of 70 to 80 than from 10 to 20.

How is Presence Score calculated?
The Presence Score is primarily calculated based on:
number of mentions
mentions' total reach (i.e., the impressions they potentially generate)
project's history*
* Significant spikes or drops in the weeks leading up to the present can impact the current Presence Score.

If your Presence Score is below 5/100, it won't be visible. The score automatically activates once it reaches 5. We check and update these values daily.
How often is the Presence Score calculated for a project?

The score is calculated daily based on the total data from the previous week. You can also select a weekly or monthly view on the chart, where daily data is averaged.

If you don’t see a Presence Score in some of your projects, it means the score hasn’t yet reached the minimum threshold of 5.

This means the score had previously exceeded 5 but later dropped. Once the Presence Score activates for a project, we don’t turn it off.
