Overview of the AI Visibility Tab (Monitoring Your Brand's Presence in AI Models)

Check how your brand performs in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models, alongside your Brand24 results, in a single panel.

AI Visibility is a new add-on for Brand24. It shows how often and in what context your brand appears in answers from key AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek) and how you stack up against competitors.

What you'll find in the tab

For each monitored brand, you'll see:

  1. Brand Score – how often and how high your brand appears in AI answers (0–100%).

  2. Median Position – your typical ranking in AI-generated responses.

  3. AI Answers share – your share of recommendations compared to competitors.

  4. Brand Score & Average Position – how your visibility changes over time.

  5. Key prompts – the specific prompts where your brand appears, with your exact position in each.

  6. Key sources – the websites AI relies on when answering questions about your industry.

  7. Date filter – switch between the last 7, 14, or 30 days, the last 3 months, the last year, or a custom range.

  8. Model filter – view all models at once, or focus on a single one (GPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or AI Overview).

Who it's for and what it helps with

AI Visibility is most often used for three things:

  • Ranking in AI answers (GEO) – see whether AI recommends you to users asking about tools in your category, and what to fix if it doesn't.

  • Reputation protection and sentiment analysis – catch incorrect or outdated information about your brand before AI repeats it to thousands of users.

  • Competitor analysis – see the context in which AI mentions your brand against competitors (e.g., "cheap alternative" or "market leader").

How is AI Visibility different from AI Brand Assistant?

AI Visibility shows how AI models talk about your brand externally, in their answers to users. AI Brand Assistant answers your questions, including AI Visibility ones (e.g. "summarize yesterday's mentions").

How to activate the tab

To start monitoring your brand's visibility in AI from Brand24:

  1. Go to the AI Visibility tab in your Brand24 project.

  2. Enter the domain or brand you want to monitor (the project creation screen has a toggle between domain and brand).

  3. Wait a moment. The first data will appear in the tab automatically.

⚠️ Don't see the AI Visibility tab? If you're on a Brand24 trial account, the tab isn't available automatically. Message us via chat or contact your Customer Success Manager to activate it.

Trial, plan, and limits

When you create the project, your 14-day trial begins:

  • For the first 10 days, you can fully edit the project: change prompts, add competitors, and experiment.

  • For the final 4 days, the data is read-only (no editing).

  • During the trial, you can monitor 30 prompts across 4 AI models: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Gemini.

Note: when creating your first project you don't select prompts or geolocation. We want you to get your first data as quickly as possible. These options become available for subsequent projects.

  • After the trial, a paid add-on is available with the Essential plan. Contact your Customer Success Manager for plan details.

  • Need a bigger plan? Get in touch and we'll tailor one to your needs.

Availability

The AI Visibility tab is available on all paid Brand24 plans as a paid add-on.

Something not working?

What's next?

The best first step: create an AI Visibility project and check whether your brand shows up in the questions your customers actually ask. If it doesn't, you've got a concrete list of prompts and sources to use as a starting point for your GEO work.
