What is Voice Share?
Voice Share is a custom metric that shows how much of the conversation is coming from a specific profile. It's a helpful KPI to measure the impact of your efforts and see how much attention your brand is getting compared to others.
Where to find Voice Share?
You can find this metric throughout your Brand24 project, including:
Summary tab (Top Public Profiles table)
Topic Analysis (shows topic distribution, not profiles)
Comparison tab (in a more advanced format)
Influencers tab
PDF reports
How is Voice Share calculated?
Voice Share (%) = total Influence from all profiles / Influence of a specific profile
Example: If the total influence for your project is 10B and profile X has 2B in influence, then profile X's Voice Share is 20% for that period.
Voice Share gives you insight into what part of the whole discussion was generated by the selected social media user/profile/fan page. It is a calculation based on influence numbers that can be treated as separate KPIs.
