If you want a mention to be presented as a quote in your marketing report, here's how you can do that :)

Adding customer quotes to marketing reports is important because they provide authentic and compelling testimonials that build trust, credibility, and social proof for your products or services. These quotes offer real-life experiences and positive feedback from satisfied customers. Or showcase reasons why your people mentioning your brand are unhappy.

Include quotes in your marketing report to add value to your insights.


How to add the quotes to PDF reports?

It is quite simple and intuitive! Here is step-by-step instruction:


1. Go to your Dashboard and choose mentions, you want to add to your report (use filters like sentiment or source if necessary):

2. Click on 'More actions' button:

3. Click 'Add to PDF reports':

You will notice that the mention was successfully added because of the 'PDF mention' tag visible under the likes and shares icon):

4. Go to PDF reports Tab and make sure that Quotes are included in your report before you start to generate it:

5. Click on 'Optional Features':

6. Choose mentions you want to add. If you change your mind - tick it out!

Note: You can add up to 100 quotes to your report.

7. Click 'Generate report', and that's it! You will see your quotes in PDF report:

If you want to see all the mentions you added to PDF reports on your dashboard, go to Tags in the Filters section:

And if you don't need those Quotes anymore, you can undo them by Clicking on More actions -> Remove from PDF report:
