In some cases, Facebook needs you to confirm the link between Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Please visit the "Edit profile" section visible in your Instagram profile. Once you are in, you will see the "Page" section with the name of the Facebook Page you linked your profile with. Click "confirm" to approve the connection.
