What is the Influencers tab

The Influencers tab identifies social media users who significantly impact conversations about your brand or industry.

How does it work

It tracks and analyzes these influencers' social media activity, providing insights into their reach and engagement to help you target high-impact individuals.

Why is it important

The tab helps you focus your marketing efforts on influencers who can effectively amplify your message, engage your target audience, and become your brand ambassadors.

Overview of the Influencers tab

Metrics

  • Presence Score helps to measure a brand's or topic's online presence (popularity) at a given time. This metric can help to measure and benchmark brand awareness. It can also help to evaluate marketing and PR efforts, providing a way to measure online presence/popularity.

  • Site and 'Go to' button that redirects to the site where your keyword is mentioned.

  • Mentions show how many times a given influencer talked about a topic of your interest or, in other words - the keyword of the project.

  • Reach helps you estimate how popular a given source is and how powerful their mention of you can be.

  • Share of Voice gives you insight into what part of the whole discussion was generated by the selected social media user/profile/fan page. It is a calculation based on influence numbers that can be treated as separate KPIs.

  • Influence is calculated based on reach, popularity, activity, and the estimated impressions a given source of mentions has.

  • Influencer Score will give you insight into which source or author has the greatest impact on social media or the web - the higher the number, the more popular a given source is.

Note! You can sort all the data by any of the above. Just click on the name of the column.

Options

You can take additional actions—either visit the site or block the author if you identify it as spam.

Choosing the second option will block the author in your project, preventing any new mentions from being collected and also removing any mentions that were already collected from the author.

Filters

You can also filter the list by date, number of mentions, reach, Share of Voice, estimated reach, or Influencer Score to quickly find the most relevant authors.
