#️⃣Brand24 missed a public mention from Facebook or Instagram. Why is that?
Some of the likely reasons include:

- Post was published in a Facebook group
- Public post previously held different privacy settings (i.e. friends only)

By far, the most popular reason for missing mentions is due to the mention(s) originating from a personal profile.
