Why create a PDF report?
PDF reports are very useful when you need to present the data in a way that is pleasing to the eye. You may use it at a presentation within your company to introduce data at the regular meeting.
If you’re an agency, you can provide your customers with such reports on a regular basis. It’s a great way to familiarize them with the social monitoring data quickly because all PDF reports are white-labeled and can be customized with various logos and colors.

PDF Report walkthrough
The date range appears on the first page.
Each graph shows the main data and the previous period, calculated as the same number of days ending the day before the selected range. Example: 29.10–28.11.2024 (30 days) compared to 29.09–28.10.2024 (30 days).
The previous period’s data is displayed below the main value. For example, if the mentions were 7,705 this period and 7,997 in the previous, the report shows a 6% decrease (292 fewer mentions).
The previous period’s trend may also appear as a dashed line on the graph.
Mentions per category include summary numbers alongside simplified charts showing spikes and drops over the period.
Positive and negative mentions in the numerical summary also show their percentage of the total mentions.
The “Most active public profiles” section shows who mentioned you, the platform they used (e.g., YouTube), how many times, and their follower count.
The “Top public profiles” section highlights those with the greatest influence, showing their social media reach and their share of the overall discussion.
The “Most influential sites” section shows sites that generated the most visits from keyword mentions, along with their Influence Score.
“Trending hashtags" display hashtags from your project mentions and their frequency.
If there’s not enough data for a section, you’ll see a notification in the report.
An exclamation mark will appear next to the tick option for that section in the report generation settings.
To remove this warning, untick the section and generate the report again.
