PowerPoint reports (PPTX)

Need to share your Brand24 data in a simple, visual way? We’ve got you.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

With just a few clicks, you can export your data straight to PowerPoint — perfect for sharing with your boss, client, or team. Whether you're tracking a campaign, prepping for a meeting, or comparing multiple projects, the PPTX report gives you a ready-to-use snapshot of your insights.

What Can You Export?

You can export data from both the Analysis and Comparison tabs:

  • Analysis tab: Highlight how your brand is performing over time — mentions, sentiment, sources, categories, top mentions, and more.

  • Comparison tab: See how different projects or time periods stack up against each other.

It’s great for showing trends like:

  • How many mentions you had over time

  • Which project performed best

  • What sources or categories mattered most

Fully Editable & Customizable

The best part? The export is completely editable.

  • Click on the charts to explore the underlying data.

  • Update the text to match your tone or brand voice.

  • Remove slides you don’t need or add extra context.

Do you already have a branded presentation template? You can copy the charts and data into your own slides—there is no need to start from scratch.
