Step-by-step project integration

Account setup

  • Add Users: Invite team members via the User Management panel and assign roles.

Daily actions

  • Start your day with the Mentions Tab: For small and medium projects, review all new mentions. For bigger projects, focus on mentions with higher influence or negative sentiment.

  • Use filters to make your work more efficient.

  • Clean up your project: Add tags, remove spam, mute unwanted authors or sites, and check if the sentiment is accurate.

  • Review the mentions: Look for customer questions, potential leads, or general topics of discussion around your brand.

  • Check for updates that can improve your project! They are under the book icon at the top right corner.

Weekly/monthly actions

  • Stakeholder reports: Your stakeholders will expect a report on your brand’s online performance every week, month, or quarter. Here's how to get it done.

  • Go to the Analysis Tab to see your brand’s performance—top channels, sentiment, and more.

  • Do a period comparison to compare your brand’s performance with the previous month. With one click, you can generate a PowerPoint for your stakeholders.

  • Compare with competitors: If you’ve set up competitor projects, add them to the comparison and see how you measure up. You can also create a PowerPoint here.

  • Look at Topic Analysis to see what people are saying about your brand and adjust your strategy to match the trending topics.

  • Check the Influencers Tab to see who’s talking about your brand and spot potential collaborators.
