When you're browsing the Mentions center, you'll notice 'Tags' at the bottom of each mention.

Clicking On Tab will allow adding specific mentions to an already assigned label/tag.

You can add a new tag in the Mention center.

You can easily manage your tags on the right side of the Mentions center, under the Filters section. By clicking on the chosen tag, your results will be filtered for the mentions you've assigned there before.

You might add a tag to identify your top influencers or potential customer service issues. The choice is yours, and the options are limitless. Use Tags to organize your Brand24 dashboard and get one-click access to the mentions you want to see.
