How to set and use Tags.

What are Tags?

Tags are labels you can assign to mentions to categorize and organize them. They help you quickly identify and group similar content, making it easier to manage and analyze your data.

Clicking On Tab will allow adding specific mentions to an already assigned label/tag.

How-to

You can add a new tag on the bottom of Filters menu.

Adding a new label is straightforward—just click on the Gear icon, and a window like the one below will appear. From there, you can easily add or delete tags as needed.

Oh, and by the way, you can include those specific mentions in your PDF report later on!

Why is it useful?

You might add a tag to identify your top influencers or potential customer service issues. The choice is yours, and the options are limitless. Use Tags to organize your Brand24 dashboard and get one-click access to the mentions you want to see.
