What is the Sources tab

The Sources tab in Brand24 lists the platforms where your brand or keywords are mentioned, showing key metrics like the number of mentions, platform visits, and influencer scores for each source.

Why is it important

It helps you identify which platforms generate the most discussions about your brand, allowing you to prioritize your efforts and focus on the most impactful sources for engagement and brand visibility.

Overview of the Mentions tab

Metrics

Here you can find:

You can effortlessly sort the list by mentions, visits, or Influencer Score with a single click on the column header, toggling between highest to lowest or vice versa.

Options

You can take additional actions based on the source – either visit the site or block it if you identify it as spam.

Choosing the second option will block the site in your project, preventing any new mentions from being collected and also removing any mentions that were already collected from the site.

Filters

You can also filter the list by date, mentions, visits, or Influencer Score to quickly find the most relevant sources.

Export

Once you've set the filters and date range, you can easily export the data to an Excel report!
