What are AI Insights?

AI Insights provides valuable insights and analysis based on processed data. In the Brand24 case it includes charts, metrics, trend analysis, and recommendations to help businesses make informed decisions and improve their strategies.

Why do I need AI Insights?

With AI Insights, businesses can leverage the power of machine learning algorithms to process vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently. Additionally, it automatically links mentions with metrics that you see on reports.

Where to find AI Insights?

You can access AI Insights in two places:

  • In the app, under the Projects menu (top-left corner)

  • In your email inbox

When are reports generated?

We offer two types of reports: weekly (covering the last 7 days of your project) and monthly. For both, you can choose the day you’d like to receive your AI Insights.

How to customize it?
You can adjust the date by clicking on the weekly or monthly report whose date you want to adjust and selecting the ‘Change’ option above the report title.

Who can access AI Insights?

AI Insights are available for Pro and Enterprise users.

If you’re on one of these plans, anyone with account access can receive the reports. To add more recipients, click the ‘Change’ button above the AI report title and choose who to include.

To add account users, go here, and invite your coworkers, clients, bosses, or anyone else who needs access. You can also adjust each user’s role as needed.
